About Me
I’m Chinyere “Chichi” Okoroji-Okpara, MAOD, SPHR, founder of Impact Bridge Consulting.
I’ve spent my career designing talent systems, leadership programs, and execution rhythms inside complex organizations. Earlier in my career I held senior talent leadership roles supporting large-scale organizations, including work within environments such as Amazon, Goldman Sachs Engineering and Oracle, where hiring decisions, leadership capability, and operational execution directly impact thousands of employees and billions in outcomes.
Those experiences shaped how I think about talent.
I saw firsthand how often companies hire under pressure, rely on instinct instead of structure, and then spend years paying the cost through performance gaps, turnover, and leadership strain.
I created Impact Bridge because there is a better way to build teams.
