About Me
I’m Chinyere “Chichi” Okoroji-Okpara, MAOD, SPHR. I’ve spent my career building talent systems, leadership programs, and execution rhythms inside fast-moving organizations. I created Impact Bridge because too many companies hire under pressure, then pay for it in performance gaps, turnover, and team exhaustion.
