Before you reserve.
Do I need to prepare?
A little. After you register, you'll answer a few questions about the decision you're bringing. Register by Friday, November 6 and you'll also get a 15 minute call with Chichi to sharpen it before the session.
What kind of challenge should I bring?
One real workforce decision you're facing: a role you're about to add to the plan, a team you're thinking of restructuring, work you're considering outsourcing, or work you think AI could take on. Pick one. The session works best when it's specific.
What if my challenge is confidential?
Share at the level you're comfortable with. You don't need to name people, salaries, or anything that identifies your company. Everyone agrees at the start that what's shared in the session stays in the session. The session is not recorded.
Is this an AI workshop?
No. It's a workforce decision session. AI comes up where the work calls for it. Founders ask Chichi whether AI can replace their next hire. Her answer is usually another question: which part?
Will Chichi tell me whether to hire?
She'll push on it. You'll leave knowing what your map points to and what still has to be true. The decision stays yours, because you know your business and own how its work is designed.
Can I bring a cofounder?
Yes. One cofounder or member of your leadership team can join you at no extra cost. You'll map the same decision together, and one of you presents it in the pressure test.
Why only six founders?
Because every founder brings a real decision, and every decision gets time. Six is how the session is designed, not a sales tactic.
Why is it $249?
This is the founding session, the first time Impact Bridge is running it in this format.
How is this different from working with Impact Bridge?
This is a working session, not a consulting engagement. You build a preliminary map yourself, with Chichi's guidance, alongside other founders. If your decision turns out bigger than one session, there are two next steps. The Before You Hire™ Diagnostic ($1,500) runs one role privately through Impact Bridge's workforce architecture, with a 45 minute advisory session and a written readout. The Figure Out the Work™ Sprint (currently $5,500) covers up to three connected roles within one part of the business over four weeks. You don't need either to get value from the session, and you'll never be pitched during it.
What if I can't make it?
Registration is non-refundable, so please check your calendar before you reserve.
Where does it happen?
Live on Google Meet. You'll get the link and a short pre-session note after you register. Camera on, please. It's a working session.
